? Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy launched yet another scheme named after himself, called ‘Jagananna Vasthi Deevena’, under which a financial assistance of Rs 2,300 crore would be provided to students pursuing various post- intermediate courses to meet hostel and mess expenses.

? Indian Coast Guard’s sixth offshore patrol vessel, ‘VAJRA’ was launched on February 27, 2020 to provide a boost to coastal security. The vessel will enhance the operational capabilities of the coast guard in search and rescue operations and maritime patrolling and surveillance.
